The agreement
By using Stirred you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Legal drinking age
Stirred is for adults of legal drinking age where they live. Recipes are for information and enjoyment. Please drink responsibly, never drink and drive, and follow local laws.
Stirred Pro
Stirred offers Stirred Pro as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription, and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
On Apple devices, Apple's standard licence terms also apply: Apple EULA.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies; we cannot issue them ourselves.
Acceptable use
Do not use Stirred to break the law or to interfere with the service.
No warranty
Stirred is provided "as is". We do our best to keep recipes and the app correct and working, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes
We may change these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
